THE CHALLENGE

  • To provide an interactive platform for consumers to experience the Nature Valley brand
  • To distribute 350,000 product samples nationwide
  • To leave consumers impressed and excited about the natural quality of Nature Valley Bars
  • Data Collection to create an ongoing stream of communication


THE SOLUTION

  • Design and build of interactive platform – including Natural Wooden Box, branded vehicle, mobile sampling units and photo opportunities with Facebook upload
  • Use of iPads to enter people into FB competition to create communication platform between brand and consumer
  • Provision of a team of Brand Ambassadors in each state along the eastern seaboard; plus a national event manager to transport build to each state, manage staff and manage stock


THE OUTCOME

  • Over 300,000 bars distributed nationally
  • Over 10,000 fans added to social networking site
  • Over 2000 images uploaded to social networking site
  • Brand representation gained at 6 leading Surf/Snow events around the country
