Product Sampling

THE CHALLENGE

  • To simultaneously provide staff in both metropolitan and regional locations at a variety of venues - from supermarkets to stand alone bottle shops
  • To create a team of Brand Ambassadors who would correctly represent the 'Summer & Fun' vibe of the Midori brand
  • To ensure staff could properly educate consumers on the product and increase sales in the designated areas
  • To manage stock/sampling kit distribution and maintain appropriate stock levels at designated stores to ensure successful sampling sessions over a 4 month period


THE SOLUTION

  • A team was carefully selected to ensure client brand requirements were met
  • All staff were profiled, cast in front of client and trained prior to activation
  • A comprehensive reporting system was set up so staff could easily report back consumer feedback on the activation and taste experience


THE OUTCOME

  • Sampling targets were reached
  • Sales targets were met - with figures increased across-the-board
  • Reports from all venues were collated and provided in a timely manner
